BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION PLEASE SEND US A CHEQUE FOR £50

2. YOUR DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND WE MUST RECEIVE FULL PAYMENT 6 WEEKS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, IF NOT IT WILL BE CONSIDERED THAT YOU HAVE FORFEITED OR CANCELLED YOUR HOUDA Y.

3. THE PERIOD OF HIRE STARTS AT 16.00 ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND FINISHES AT 10.00 HOURS ON THE DAY YOU ARE BOOKED TO DEPART. THE PRICES QUOTED ARE BASED ON A SEVEN DAY HIRE PER PROPERTY AND THAT START DAY lS SATURDAY UNLESS ARRANGED OTHERWISE.

4. WE STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU TAKE THE PRECAUTION OF TAKING HOLIDAY INSURANCE, ITS NOT EXPENSIVE.
